平素より川井キャンプ場をご愛顧頂き誠にありがとうございます

この度、弊社では物価高騰等諸般の事情より、誠に勝手ながら令和6年7月1日より、

季節によりトップ料金を設けさせて戴くこととなりました

値上によりお客様のご負担が大きくなってしまい大変ご迷惑をおかけ致しますが、

ご理解ご協力を戴くとともに、今後とも変わらぬご愛顧を賜りますよう、

お願い申し上げます

ご利用予約Q＆A

Q１.電話で予約はできますか？

A.申し訳ありません。ご予約はWeb予約のみとなっております。

本サイト画面内にある、グリーンの予約サイトアイコンより予約をお願いします。

Q２. 日帰りの予約がしたいけど、予約サイトには「宿泊希望日」と表示される。

A.予約サイトの仕様により、一律「宿泊希望日」と表示されますが、日帰り利用も予約可能です。

　カレンダー日付を押下先のページ下部に、当該日程での予約可能なプランが

　表示されますので、「デイキャンプ」と書かれたプランをお選びください。

Q３.河原を利用したいのだけど、「部屋数」って何？

A.予約サイトの仕様上、「テント張数」「組数」が、一律「部屋数」と表記されています。

　例）・宿泊テント利用　１泊利用・テント２張・２名の場合、

　　→１泊・２部屋・各部屋１名

　　　・日帰り河原利用　6名の場合、

　　→１泊・２部屋・５名部屋・２名部屋

大変お手数ですが、上記のような形にてご予約をお願い致します

Q４.「6名等」の複数人で利用したいのだけど、予約がうまくいかない

A.複数人のご利用での予約も可能です。Q２の予約例のような形での予約をお願い致します。

Q５．予約のキャンセルをしたいが、やり方がわからない

A.予約完了後に登録されたメールアドレス宛に「予約完了メール」が送付されます。

完了メール最下部「キャンセルはコチラ」より、キャンセル操作をお願い致します。

Q６．キャンセル料金の確認と支払方法について教えて

A.キャンセル料金は、「客室利用」の予約のみ発生します。テント泊等のご予約についてはキャンセル料金は発生いたしません。

　また、キャンセル料金のお支払いについては「現金書留」のみでの対応となります。

　お手数ですが、当キャンプ場宛にご送付をお願い致します。

　また、金額は予約当日から起算し、下記の通りです。

　・前日、当日、不泊の場合　→　客室料金の100％

　・７日前から２日前の場合　→　客室料金の80％

Q７．車で行きたいが、駐車場の予約は必要？

A.お車でのご来場をご希望の場合、駐車場の予約は必須となります。

　各種ご利用予約の際、「駐車場オプション」を併せてご予約下さい。

Q８．釣りだけをしに来たので、キャンプ場は一切使わないが支払いが必要？

A.遊漁券をご持参のうえ、キャンプ場管理エリア内にて釣りのみをご利用の場合は、お支払いは不要です。

なお、管理区域内の河川敷等での焚き火や飲食、お手洗い及び水道利用についてはキャンプ場ご利用者向けの設備・サービスとなるため、ご利用には「日帰りプラン代金」のご精算・受付が必要です。

Q2. I would like to make a reservation for a day trip, but the reservation site shows "desired stay date."
A. Due to the specifications of the reservation site, it will always show "desired stay date," but you can also make reservations for day trips.
When you click a date on the calendar, the bottom of the page will show the plans that can be booked for that date, so please select the plan that says "day camp."

Q3. I would like to use the riverbank, but what does "number of rooms" mean?
A. Due to the specifications of the reservation site, "number of tents" and "number of groups" are always shown as "number of rooms."
Example) ・Overnight tent use: 1 night stay, 2 tents, 2 people

→ 1 night stay, 2 rooms, 1 person in each room

・Day trip to the riverside: 6 people

→ 1 night stay, 2 rooms, 5-person room, 2-person room

Q4. I want to use it with multiple people such as "6 people", but the reservation is not working.
A. Reservations for multiple people are possible. Please make a reservation in the same way as the example reservation in Q2.

Q5. I want to cancel my reservation, but I don't know how to do it.
A. After completing the reservation, a "Reservation completion email" will be sent to the registered email address.
Please cancel by clicking "Cancel here" at the bottom of the completion email.

Q6. Please tell me how to check the cancellation fee and pay it.
A. Cancellation fees only apply to reservations for "room use". There are no cancellation fees for reservations such as tent stays.

In addition, the only way to pay the cancellation fee is by "registered cash".

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send it to our campsite.

In addition, the amount is calculated from the day of the reservation and is as follows.

- The day before, the day of, or no-show → 100% of the room rate

- 7 days to 2 days before → 80% of the room rate

Q7. I want to come by car, but do I need to reserve a parking space?
A. If you wish to come by car, a parking space reservation is required.
When making a reservation for your various services, please also reserve the "parking option".

Q8. I'm only here to fish, so I won't be using the campsite at all, but do I still need to pay?
A. If you bring your fishing license and only intend to fish within the campsite's managed area, no payment is required.
However, bonfires, eating and drinking on riverbanks and other areas within the managed area, as well as toilets and water use, are facilities and services available to campsite users, so you will need to pay and accept the "day trip plan fee" in order to use these services.

公衆浴場法に基づく許可が必要になる場合がございますので
テントサウナでのご利用は今後、禁止とさせていただきます。
またご使用になられてるお客様を確認次第、撤収をして
頂きますので併せてご了承戴きます様お願い致します。
